I offer appointments for Counselling Psychotherapy CBT Mindfulness and Group Work. I also work with Couples and Families experiencing difficulties, systemically. Appointments are in a [face to face] setting at my private practice address in PE34, West Norfolk and also in Central London.
Clients who are unable to travel to my practice address or find committing to a regular weekly [face to face] appointment difficult may prefer to work with me electronically, using Vsee, like Skype or Face Time - Mobile - Landline telephone from wherever they may be at a particular time, such appointments can be flexible but must be agreed and booked in advance unless otherwise agreed.
I also teach individuals and small groups to practice Mindfulness and Stress Reduction techniques. Regular practice is thought to reduce stress levels and helps focus the mind to live in the present moment, rather than worrying about what they should have done or must do tomorrow etc. The benefits of practicing Mindfulness for as little as 15 minutes each day are well researched and have been found to improve, not only an individual's physical and mental health but general wellbeing as well. I also work with couples who are experiencing relationship problems and require independent support whilst they manage the various difficulties associated with separation and or divorce. Such support can be particularly useful when difficulties arise with regard to matters related to children, access and child care issues.
Periodically I join with other qualified colleagues to deliver 'Self Help' Group Workshops with a maximum of 14 person. For more information please contact us by email.
